Due to the nature of the tourism industry and advance reservations made with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other service partners, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings and travel packages.

1. Cancellation Policy

All tour packages, hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and other tourism-related services must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or departure date.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to supplier and service charges.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for any refund.

This policy is necessary due to the competitive and time-sensitive nature of the tourism and hospitality industry.

2. Refund Policy

Where a refund is approved by YALATOURS (PVT) LTD:

  • Refunds may be processed to the original payment method used during booking; or
  • Alternative refund arrangements may be made upon mutual agreement between the customer and the company.

Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Last-minute bookings
  • Services cancelled within 48 hours
  • Customized or personalized tour packages
  • Hotel reservations with non-refundable terms
  • Third-party service charges and entrance fees already paid

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

Requests to amend or reschedule bookings are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

All cancellation, refund, amendment, or complaint requests must be formally communicated via email to:

6. Delays, Unavailability, or Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, supplier issues, weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure events affecting services, YALATOURS (PVT) LTD will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or assistance. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated individually.
